Bradfield Residential Home Staff
Bradfield has a low turnover of staff and being a family owned and run home we do not employ agency staff. We aim to employ dedicated and caring people to meet the individual care needs of residents and together with the management team uphold the aims and philosophy of care of the home.
Knowledge and experience are essential qualities in providing the best quality of care as is refreshing training and keeping up to date with current legislation. Below is a list of the present qualifications held by the owners and staff at Bradfield.
